Technical Sales – Electronic Components

Job Description

• Identify, approach, and develop potential customers in the field of electronic components, semiconductors, memory, IoT, and embedded systems.
• Introduce and consult technical products and solutions (Memory ICs, Storage Modules, DRAM, NAND Flash, etc.) according to customer requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate with international suppliers to obtain updated product information, quotations, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, product documents, and commercial contracts.
• Work closely with FAE/R&D teams to support customers during product testing and evaluation stages.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction after sales.
• Research market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide sales reports or business recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
• Basic understanding of electronic components, semiconductors, or embedded systems.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, distribution, or electronic component business is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a passion for the high-tech industry.
• Proficient in English (technical reading/writing, emails, and quotations).

Work Location

• Office: No. 78 Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi, Viet Nam.
• Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
